Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To ensure you receive the full benefits of your massage, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows for a relaxed and unhurried start to your session.
In the event of late arrival, we may need to shorten your session to end at the prearranged time, and the full fee for your scheduled appointment will still apply.
For any changes to your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This consideration on your part makes it possible for us to reallocate the reserved time to another client. Please be aware that a $30 fee may be charged to the credit card on file for late cancellations or no-shows. Such instances may also impact future booking privileges.
For spa session reservations, please honor the full duration of your booking. If you choose to reduce the time of your spa session without a 24-hour notice, you will be held accountable for the full cost of the original booking.
